I re-ordered the same items, and the same thing happened again.īut now Old Navy told me that they couldn’t refund my money! I had to file a dispute with my bank! So I contacted Old Navy, they looked into it and issued me a refund. Not until I returned back to my computer and clicked on the tracking information, there it said that it was returned to the seller. The first order said it was delivered to me, so I went out looking for it. ![]() They have no photograph of either delivery. There is supposed to be a photograph taken as proof of delivery as told to me by an Old Navy manager. Endless runaround from both LaserShip and old navy. I have had 2 orders with Old Navy and 1 with Nordstrom never appear, even though they said they were delivered. would use such a poorly rated company as LaserShip. I cannot believe that such a huge company as gap Inc. ![]() I just went through a month long hassle with old Navy and Lasership. If I didn't follow the tracking info or emails from Old Navy how would I know that I was supposed to verify my address? They didn't leave anything in my mailbox or at the front door, they never called to notify me. I actually had to pay for this terrible shipping, UPS' was free. Also, they claimed it departed their facility at 10:12am and at 10:17am they attempted delivery.my shipping address is 60miles from their facility! Also even if this scenario was true, they never knocked, I have security cameras which were never set off, they went off for UPS lol. I checked the Lasership tracking, now updated on the 13th, and it said "Exception" "More info needed, please verify your shipping address". In the meantime, on Dec 11th, I ordered more pajamas from ON because Lasership's order was in packaging limbo, this new order was shipped same day UPS and it arrived at my doorstep on the 13th with no problems! I reached out to Lasership and was given an automated response about getting back to me within 72 hours. On the 10th I got an email from Old Navy saying their shipping partners were having delays and to check out the updated tracking info.nothing was updated. The 7th came and went, it's the holidays and understandable. It was sent out on Dec 1st with an ETA of the 7th. I ordered a package of pajamas on Nov 29.
